Beginners:

We are all beginners in this ancient practice of yoga. This class moves at a slower pace and focuses on fundamental alignment points and breathing. All levels welcomed.

Basic:

This class links the body in motion to the breath. Teachers will lead you through sequences to develop flexibility and strength. Modifications and hands on adjustments are provided to guide your alignment. All levels welcomed.

Open:

This is an invigorating, energetic, and expressive class that allows you to breathe and move deeper into your practice. One to two months previous yoga experience is recommended. One to two months previous yoga experience is recommended. This class is not intended for beginners or those new to Yoga.

Yoga for Athletes:

Excellent for both women and male athletes. Realign your body and strengthen your muscles! Focus on engaging the core, tuning into breath, and specific asana sequences that speed recovery and help prevent future injuries. No matter the intensity of your physical activity, this class works for you.

Friday Night Yoga:

Let go of the hectic work week in this Vinyasa style class. Strengthen your soul and melt your mind's worries away. A great start or end to your Friday night! All are welcomed.

Ashtanga:

This class teaches the Primary Series, an ancient set of postures linking breath, bandhas, and the stillness of mind to promote strength, flexibility, and transformation. All are welcomed. Modifications will be provided.

Lotus Core:

Tap into the deeper layers of your core with this invigorating class. Engage your powerhouse through sun salutations, breath, and movement. Build your abdominals through standing and seated yoga poses. Uncover the very center of your true Self through this practice.

*New* Energize:

Wake up and jump start your mornings before heading out to work. This one hour invigorating yoga class will strengthen your mind and body leaving you ready to tackle your day. Leave feeling fresh and awake without the coffee.
